Service Description
A focused, strategic session designed for existing clients who are ready to begin a new project or explore their next phase of brand growth. This call allows client and brand designer to align on updated goals, clarify your project needs, and determine the most effective path forward based on where your brand currently stands. This session ensures we make informed decisions moving forward. This is a paid planning and strategy call for clients preparing for new paid work. What’s covered during the call 1. Brand strategy planning 2. Scoping a new project 3. Pricing and timeline planning 4. Creative direction 5. Website or brand performance check-in
Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required at booking to secure your session. This strategy session is non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in 70% of the session fee being retained. If you choose to move forward with a service within five (5) business days of your strategy session, $50 will be credited toward your booked service. This credit applies to one service only, is non-transferable, and expires after five business days.
