You’ll receive a confirmation email with links to sign a contract, complete a mandatory discovery questionnaire, and submit your deliverables or inspiration.
 
Failure to follow these steps within 48 hours of booking will result in a void service. No refund will be issued. The project does not begin until all the above files have been signed and deliverables sent.
