A revision is a refinement to design elements such as color adjustments, typography tweaks, layout changes, and imagery swaps based on the approved direction. A revision(s) can vary in complexity from minor to major changes. However, revisions do not include new concepts, new directions, or changes outside the original project scope. Any requests for additional revision past the included revisions or requests for additional and new concepts, or other requests outside of the agreed scope, are billed separately per round for this service. The final project is not delivered until all potential outstanding revision invoices are paid in full.

All services are non-refundable and non-transferable. Payment secures your project slot and timeline, preparation, and designers time. This policy is congruent with the terms outlined in the service agreement contract.
